First shift supervisor workshop

The expectations and demands placed on managers have changed significantly in recent years. These changes have also been felt at the Peiner Träger GmbH steel mill and require creative and innovative approaches from managers, particularly in the area of personnel management and the definition of their role.

On the 5th and 6th of March, the 1st Shift Supervisor Workshop took place at the Landhotel am Rothenberg in Uslar.

Moderated by Inka Dreyer, consultant at PE Solution, the participants had the opportunity to develop a common understanding of the topics "leadership and attitude" and to discuss the roles and tasks of a manager in depth: "What changes do I notice in my role?", "What challenges do I face?" and "How can I redefine or adapt my leadership role on the basis of the knowledge gained?"

Christoph Wollbold, responsible for the Peiner Träger steel mill, draws a positive conclusion: "The workshop was a complete success and marks an important milestone in the development of our managers.“
