A glimpse of the future - Plant tour for parents of future apprentices

Choosing an apprenticeship is a seminal moment in the lives of young people. But it's not just the future trainees who have to make this big decision - their parents also play a crucial role. Parents are often the silent advisors in the background, supporting their children and helping them to find the right path.

That is why it is so important for us to give not only the new apprentices a glimpse of their future working lives, but also their parents. During a tour of the plant, they were able to see first-hand what their children can expect in the coming years - from the working conditions in the electric steel plant to the wide range of career opportunities we offer.

Katharina Tarnowski, our training manager, put it in a nutshell: "We invest in the future of our company by offering our trainees a wide range of development opportunities after their apprenticeship. They are the heart of our future. Parents' reactions were entirely positive. Many were relieved and impressed by the openness and transparency they experienced.

The stage is set for a successful future. Together with their parents, we want to make sure that these young talents are in the best of hands.
